PROCEDURE AND DOCUMENTATION NEEDED FOR PROTECTIVE BONDING AND SERVICE REGISTRATION

The mere fact that you employ a lawyer listed in our book does not protect you.  However, you can indemnify yourself by taking three simple steps:

1. Consult the latest AMERICAN LAWYERS QUARTERLY and SUPPLEMENT or our web site (www.alqlist.com).
   
   
2. Notify us within 30 days of employment that you have sent a case to an ALQ listee. You must provide to us:

         (A)  the caption of the account (creditor vs. debtor),

         (B)  the amount of the debt,

         (C)  the date of forwarding, and

         (D)  of course, the name of the receiving law firm.

3. Notify the receiving law firm their name was selected from the AMERICAN LAWYERS QUARTERLY.

5. If you use the ALQ website to forward your cases, they will be registered automatically for bonding with us.
